- Report on contract status and deliverables
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Offer proactive advice to minimize risks
- Lead negotiations on claims and contract variations
- Develop strategies to mitigate claims and costs
- Prepare commercial communications and variation agreements
- Provide insights on commercial risks for new projects
- Collect lessons learned regarding contracts and practices
- Ensure adherence to best practices in contract management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to protect project interests
