- Profound German skills, written and spoken
- Profound English skills, written and spoken
- Willingness to travel up to 20%

Aufgaben
- Protect commercial interests during construction
- Advise project team on contractual and economic matters
- Support wind farm projects from contract signing to final acceptance
- Coordinate contract management activities within the project team
- Advise on obligations and deliverables from turbine supply agreements
- Develop strategies to enforce claims against clients and subcontractors
- Ensure proper archiving and improvement of contract-related communication
- Identify and assess risks, derive mitigation measures
- Analyze potential damage scenarios, provide recommendations
- Facilitate complex contract negotiations
- Coordinate lessons learned for process improvement
- Support development of contract management standards, tools, and training
