- Coach Lean Practitioners and leaders in CI capabilities
- Partner with local leadership on process improvements
- Mentor project leaders to accelerate results
- Drive process standardization and improvement initiatives
- Design and deliver Lean training and Kaizen workshops
- Share best practices and innovative CI tools
