In this role, you will advise clients on maintaining resilience and managing risks across various sectors. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting technology risk management, internal audits, and ESG compliance, while contributing to impactful risk management strategies.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant programs
• •1-2 years of professional experience in Resilience, Risk Management, Risk Analytics, Supply Chain Risk Management, Third-Party Risk Management, Digital & AI Risk Management, ESG Risk Management, Internal Audit, Internal Controls or relevant areas
• •1-2 years of professional experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) technology, e.g., SAP GRC, ServiceNow, Archer or similar platforms
• •Analytical skills and willingness to perform analytical tasks handling large amounts of data
• •Fast learner with a growth mindset
• •Good interpersonal skills for international, collaborative team environment
• •Intellectual curiosity and interest in new technologies and digitalization
• •Willingness to travel (up to 40%) in Europe and across the Globe
• •Strong communication skills in English and German or French

Aufgaben

• •Support clients in assessing enterprise resilience across various areas
• •Help design and implement Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs
• •Assist in creating integrated approaches for risk-informed decision making
• •Aid clients in managing technology risks, including Trusted AI and Ethical Use of Technology
• •Support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) technology implementations
• •Help manage large technology transformation risks
• •Assess clients' risk management programs against regulatory ESG requirements
• •Design and integrate functional risk management programs under centralized ESG governance
• •Assist in establishing or transforming Internal Audit functions
• •Support Internal Audit execution in various operational areas
• •Review effectiveness and efficiency of processes and internal controls
• •Identify compliance gaps and report improvements to Senior Management
• •Contribute to Internal Audit services for clients in Switzerland and globally
• •Support design and implementation of Internal Control Systems (ICS)
• •Perform control testing against international standards like Sarbanes-Oxley-Act
• •Assist clients in managing operational risks related to ESG
• •Support Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Supply Chain Risk Management
• •Aid in Program Risk Management (PRM)
