Driving AI and GenAI transformation initiatives for a global insurance and asset management group. Basic AI concepts and frameworks understanding required. Internal consulting role with focus on strategy and implementation.

Anforderungen

  • Strong interest in AI, Generative AI, data-driven transformation
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts, frameworks, lifecycle
  • Curiosity and willingness to use AI/GenAI tools, learn quickly
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for diverse, international, collaborative environment
  • Very good English command (written and spoken)
  • Solid PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Interest in insurance, financial services, consulting methodologies
  • International experience or exposure to global environments is a plus
  • International experience or German/other languages is a plus

  • Drive AI and GenAI transformation initiatives
  • Identify use cases for AI and GenAI
  • Develop AI solutions and capabilities
  • Support AI implementation
  • Define AI strategy and target operating models
  • Create governance concepts and adoption roadmaps
  • Ensure regulatory and ethical compliance
  • Analyze business processes for AI opportunities
  • Research emerging AI technologies and trends
  • Translate AI insights into practical recommendations
  • Prepare client-ready presentations and workshops
  • Report on AI transformation progress
  • Use AI and GenAI tools for daily tasks
  • Support project management activities
  • Track milestones and communicate with stakeholders
  • Report project status
  • Participate in internal AI communities
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Support innovation activities
  • Develop training materials for AI tools
  • Take ownership of workstreams and AI topics
