- Ability to observe machines and discuss with operators
- Autonomy and ability to translate complex technical problems
- Methodical approach for root cause analysis
- Intermediate German language skills
- Advanced English language skills
- Highly motivated graduate
- EU citizen (or Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein)

- Apply Product Line Engineering methodology

- Implement action plans for cost reduction
- Boost competitiveness of industrial equipment
