- 5+ years of experience in compliance, governance, or risk management within an international environment
- Proven expertise in compliance frameworks, risk assessments, and investigation processes
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices
- Strategic thinker with excellent execution skills and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and influence across all levels of the organization
Aufgaben
- Enhance the Compliance Management System (CMS)
- Develop mandatory policies aligned with FCO guidelines
- Improve the Compliance Committee function across business units
- Establish an effective compliance reporting system
- Implement a matrix reporting structure for transparency
- Support compliance investigations with the Head of Compliance
- Lead compliance investigations in coordination with Corporate Audit
- Conduct annual compliance risk assessments for each unit
- Develop risk heat maps to identify high-risk areas
- Roll out compliance training programs with localized content
- Utilize e-learning platforms for training consistency
- Implement centralized monitoring tools for policy adherence
- Schedule periodic assurance audits for high-risk processes
- Define standardized reporting templates for all units
- Drive the development of a compliance management system
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
