- Experience conducting audits and managing findings
- Analytical mindset to assess complex regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Fluent German (mandatory) and very good English skills
- Eligibility for Valid ZÜP (§7 LuftSiG)
- Right to live and work in Germany/EU

- Plan, prepare, and conduct internal and external audits
- Monitor compliance with aviation regulations
- Act as a focal point for authorities and agencies
- Identify findings and root causes
- Follow up on corrective actions
- Evaluate and implement regulatory changes
- Support continuous improvement of the management system
- Contribute to risk assessments
- Contribute to compliance monitoring activities
