Aufgaben
- Drive end-to-end operational integration across core business processes in Austria
- Standardize and professionalize workflows across caregiver operations, customer onboarding, and service delivery
- Build scalable organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities
- Use digital enablers where it fits
- Support the digitization of key operational and customer-facing processes
- Improve conversion from inbound demand into active care placements through process and system optimization
- Enable data-driven decision-making through improved reporting, KPIs, and operational transparency
- Lead and support transformation initiatives from informal to structured ways of working
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment between operational execution and strategic growth priorities
- Support cultural change toward accountability, clarity, and performance orientation
