Anforderungen

  • Minimum five years HRBP or HR operations experience, especially leadership Talent Acquisition and development in international business
  • Experience in leading professional service firm (consulting, executive search, law, private equity, or similar) and global matrix organization
  • HR operations experience with focus on Talent Acquisition strategy, end-to-end recruiting and onboarding for partner/senior leadership
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (SAP Success Factors or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of digital collaboration tools (e.g., MS 365)
  • Basic AI skills for data management
  • Advanced data analysis skills for data management
  • Ability to work confidently with senior executives, delivering professional HR support
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Leadership skills for driving high-performing HR teams, strategic direction, accountability, excellence, and collaboration
