Co-Lead Global Partner HR(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- Minimum five years HRBP or HR operations experience, especially leadership Talent Acquisition and development in international business
- Experience in leading professional service firm (consulting, executive search, law, private equity, or similar) and global matrix organization
- HR operations experience with focus on Talent Acquisition strategy, end-to-end recruiting and onboarding for partner/senior leadership
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (SAP Success Factors or similar)
- Strong knowledge of digital collaboration tools (e.g., MS 365)
- Basic AI skills for data management
- Advanced data analysis skills for data management
- Ability to work confidently with senior executives, delivering professional HR support
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders
- Leadership skills for driving high-performing HR teams, strategic direction, accountability, excellence, and collaboration
