As a Cloud Engineer, you will design and build essential cloud platform capabilities while ensuring services are automated and observable. This role involves mentoring fellow engineers and collaborating with product teams to enhance their use of GCP securely and effectively.

Anforderungen

• •Deep experience with Google Cloud Platform (IAM, organization policies, VPC, DNS, Cloud Storage, serverless computing services, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Monitoring)
• •Strong understanding of security in cloud environments (policies, IAM roles, compliance) at scale
• •Strong skills in Terraform and automation of cloud infrastructure
• •Knowledge of cloud networking (VPC peering, VPN, Interconnect) and hybrid cloud scenarios
• •Proficiency in modern programming languages (preferably Go)
• •Experience with cost management and budgeting practices
• •Proven experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers
• •Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• •Fluent English (written and spoken)

• •Write and maintain Go-based services for cloud governance
• •Mentor and coach engineers in the squad
• •Collaborate with the service manager to prioritize backlog
• •Support product teams in effective GCP usage
• •Engage with other squads for service integration
