- Address technical and strategic IT needs
- Learn and apply new technology concepts
- Adapt to evolving customer requirements
- Define system architecture and software specifications
- Design, test, and deploy open source solutions
- Respond professionally to incidents and escalations
- Deliver projects on time and within scope
- Create project journals and status reports
