- Coaching or mentoring ability
- Deep hands-on proficiency with 3Shape TRIOS
- Proficiency with other major intraoral scanners
- Strong understanding of digital dentistry workflows
- Experience with 3Shape CAD/CAM design or similar systems (plus)
- Experience delivering live clinical training (virtual/in-person)
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Proven ability to resolve complex clinical issues
- Ability to guide clinicians through nuanced digital workflows
- Highly organized and autonomous
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfort navigating ambiguity
- Customer-centric mindset
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Native or near-native fluency in local market language
- Strong knowledge of local dental norms and terminology

Aufgaben
- Deliver virtual and in-practice onboarding
- Build clinician confidence in scanning and digital workflows
- Observe and coach workflows in real-time
- Remove clinical and workflow blockers
- Help practices establish strong habits
- Localize global training content
- Align training with regional workflows and norms
- Build trust with clinicians and practice teams
- Translate training into successful digital cases
- Serve as senior clinical escalation point
- Provide clear guidance via chat, phone, video, and email
- Troubleshoot clinical, scanning, and technical issues
- Assess scan and case quality against global standards
- Offer targeted coaching for continuous improvement
- Liaise between clinicians and the lab
- Translate clinical preferences into actionable direction
- Surface market-specific clinical insights
- Support workflow localization and continuous improvement
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and travel logistics
- Act as local SME for CX and training
- Support new hires and update SOPs
- Contribute to knowledge resources
- Partner with cross-functional teams on projects
- Improve clinical processes, case quality, and customer experience
- Maintain knowledge of local clinical standards and regulations
