Aufgaben
- Manage daily CLM team operations
- Set performance targets and KPI metrics
- Coach team on complex regulatory requirements
- Dynamically allocate workloads to prevent bottlenecks
- Conduct regular performance reviews and talent development
- Serve as KYC/AML expert for Private Wealth Management
- Lead and review onboarding processes for all risk levels
- Conduct periodic and event-driven KYC reviews
- Review legal and corporate documentation for compliance
- Ensure compliance for complex structures
- Interpret and apply internal and external regulatory requirements
- Advise Front Office, Compliance, and Operations on KYC
- Drive process enhancements and strategic KYC initiatives
- Contribute to system improvements
- Liaise with global counterparts for alignment
- Escalate high-risk or sensitive cases
- Support preparation for internal and regulatory audits
