- 1-3 years B2B outbound sales experience (Internships included)
- Experience with sales KPIs and targets
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Results-driven mindset and top performer history
- Keen interest in global consulting, freelance, or platform economy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Onsite work availability in Berlin
- C1/C2 English proficiency
- C1/C2 proficiency in additional European languages (plus)
Aufgaben
- Drive commercial growth
- Generate business from new clients
- Build a strong outbound sales pipeline
- Conduct outbound sales (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Engage proactively with C-level executives
- Convert executives into long-term clients
- Uncover pain points from decision makers

- Employ modern sales tools
- Grow your client portfolio
