Driving process intelligence adoption with C-suite executives in automotive and manufacturing. 10+ years customer success or strategy consulting experience required. 24 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO.

Anforderungen

  • Minimum 10 years relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience in Manufacturing/Automotive
  • Strong experience driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering, and implementations
  • Experience with AI-based transformation (strong plus)
  • Deep exposure and experience with successful change management practices
  • Ability to navigate large global organizations with persuasive power
  • Knows how to successfully work with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities
  • Natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives
  • Strong team player with patient, entrepreneurial leadership style
  • Project management: ability to organize and manage multiple streams
  • Strong communication skills, ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer landscape
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, ambiguous environments with various stakeholders

  • Lead and manage strategic customer engagements
  • Develop strong relationships with C-level executives
  • Embed Celonis into customer strategic objectives
  • Ensure proper staffing with global Celonis teams
  • Mentor customers on organization design and platform adoption
  • Coach and support team members
  • Provide feedback on team performance
  • Drive the end-to-end customer value journey
  • Influence key stakeholders through executive communication
  • Establish Celonis program roadmap and value plans
  • Resolve customer escalations efficiently
  • Align Celonis delivery with customer strategy
  • Ensure high-quality, on-time project completion
  • Meet usage and adoption targets
  • Organize and lead customer advisory boards
  • Gather and implement customer feedback
  • Advocate for customer needs within the company
  • Collaborate on customer advocacy strategies
  • Represent Celonis at industry events
  • Contribute to innovation and asset development
  • Enhance value engineering team resources
