- Manage founder priorities, follow-ups, and scheduling
- Connect strategy and execution across engineering, product, and business
- Drive high-priority decisions to completion
- Manage relationships with strategic partners and hardware vendors
- Screen and evaluate robotics hardware options
- Negotiate terms and manage ongoing vendor relationships
- Design lightweight processes for team alignment
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure synchronization
- Assist in high-stakes customer or partner situations
- Support recruiting for critical technical roles
- Source candidates and run initial screenings
- Coordinate interview loops to build a world-class team
