  • •Degree in Chemistry, related field, or ideally relevant professional experience
  • •Experience in polymer-related chemistry or thermoplastic processing
  • •Experience formulating specialty chemicals and ideally industrial scale-up knowledge
  • •Originality, creativity, and willingness to support production
  • •Enjoyment of working in global, multicultural R&D teams
  • •Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • •Strong organizational, structuring, and prioritization skills
  • •Good IT skills and preferably basic SAP knowledge

  • •Develop innovative specialty products in an international environment
  • •Provide technical customer support to global clients
  • •Apply plastics processing and chemistry knowledge to optimize products
  • •Transfer laboratory developments into practical technical applications
  • •Contribute creatively to next-generation product development
  • •Participate actively in shaping the global development strategy
  • •Conduct laboratory and pilot plant trials
  • •Perform joint customer tests alongside the sales team
  • •Execute patent research and formulation management in SAP
  • •Cooperate with internal departments and customers to implement projects
