- 3–4 years experience in Distribution Management, eCommerce Optimization, OTA Account Management or Digital Marketing in travel-tech

- Analytical, A/B testing mindset focused on ROAS, conversion rates, incremental lift
- Builder mentality, designing scalable distribution frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management skills for OTA and internal teams
