Anforderungen
- •University degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, HR, or related field
- •Certifications in Change Management, Project Management, or Systemic Coaching
- •5+ years’ experience in change management for large-scale transformation programs
- •Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ERP implementations
- •Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- •Excellent stakeholder management skills
- •Outstanding communication skills in English
- •Additional European languages are a plus
- •Proven experience in designing and coordinating end-user training programs
- •Analytical, data-driven, and adaptable to evolving project needs
- •Prior experience in international, multi-country projects
- •Cultural awareness and willingness to travel within Europe
