Aufgaben
- Manage general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (UGB)
- Coordinate financial statement preparation with Group and tax advisors
- Perform account reconciliations
- Execute year-end closing activities
- Manage fixed asset accounting
- Prepare and submit VAT returns via FinanzOnline
- Prepare and submit corporate income tax filings (FinanzOnline)
- Assist with tax and accounting matters
- Post rental and property accounting transactions
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Manage payment transactions
- Perform internal cost allocation
- Invoice services
- Manage interface between ITS and SAP
- Prepare data for external payroll accounting
- Review and post payroll statements
- Reconcile taxes, social security, and payments
- Prepare data for Statistics Austria
- Prepare data for internal reports
- Develop and optimize accounting processes
