Anforderungen
- Banking apprenticeship or higher education
- At least 3 years of professional experience in client documentation service
- Knowledge of banking regulatory requirements (CDB)
- Experience with client database systems (CRM, CLM, KYC)
- Experience in financial institution and banking practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and structured thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English and German language proficiency
- Ability to convey complex information clearly
- Proactive, solution-driven mindset
- Strong willingness to learn
- Willingness to contribute

Aufgaben
- Manage daily operational administrative tasks
- Support the Account Opening and Modification Team
- Maintain internal guides up-to-date
- Implement new forms into CRM/CLM system
- Define associated processes for new forms
- Perform LEI applications and renewals
- Manage form-related internal master data
- Create and adapt internal work instructions
- Collaborate with Legal & Compliance and Tax Department
- Support Client Documentation team on bank forms
- Clarify processes with Legal & Compliance and specialist departments
- Publish and adapt guidelines and procedures in Team Net
- Commission new or existing guidelines and procedures
- Review end-to-end processes for efficiency and compliance
- Enhance client experience through process reviews
- Maintain master data for forms
- Manage LEI applications and renewals
- Support clean-up exercises
