- Manage digital applications, cloud platforms, and software developments
- Oversee strategic consulting and engineering solution developments
- Coordinate project management using Amoa, SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall
- Manage technical projects in R&D and Laboratory
- Design and animate category panel of vendors and business partners
- Lead commercial negotiations to meet Hager Group objectives
- Organize and drive market benchmarking and selection processes
- Promote collaboration between Hager’s businesses for synergies
- Negotiate aggregated volumes for commercial benefits
- Report achievements in purchasing roadmaps for assigned categories
- Oversee execution of initiatives
- Achieve high performance with a focus on collaboration
- Standardize processes and implement best practices
- Ensure compliance with Hager’s Code of Sustainable Purchasing
- Deploy environmental, social, and corporate governance requirements
