- Sound knowledge of applicable market intelligence and sourcing experience in respective category area of market insights and/or in GxP and NTA relevant categories
- Understanding of demand management, market and supplier analysis, compliance management, due diligence, risk management, innovation, supplier management, contract management, global category management, negotiation techniques, and other established sourcing methodologies
- Open-minded, motivated, persuasive, and perseverant personality with outstanding relationship management skills
- Experience in project management and solid understanding of market research methodologies and supplier ecosystems, as well as experience leading cross-functional teams
- Legal expertise in contract law (German law of obligations preferred)
- Proven ability to work in global, cross-functional, and intercultural teams
- Knowledge of the German language is a plus

- Lead successful negotiations to meet business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sourcing methods
- Implement cutting-edge methods for speed and cost efficiency
- Enhance BI’s capabilities in value creation
