Anforderungen

• University degree in Engineering, strong technical background, or comparable qualification
• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience
• 2 years in CAPEX, machinery purchasing, or engineering sourcing
• Strong sourcing and negotiation capabilities
• Ideally exposure to machinery, automation, or industrial suppliers
• Fluency in German and English
• Deep procurement expertise and contract law knowledge
• Advanced proficiency in SAP/ARIBA and MS Office
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and resilient mindset
• Strong teamwork and outcome-oriented work style

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute strategic CAPEX category plans
• Align procurement strategies with global production requirements
• Lead end-to-end sourcing for machinery and technical services
• Conduct market analysis and identify potential suppliers
• Manage tendering, evaluation, and contract negotiations
• Oversee multiple sourcing projects to ensure measurable savings
• Coordinate between Engineering, Operations, Finance, and suppliers
• Align technical specifications with commercial project objectives
• Drive supplier selection and qualification processes
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and risk frameworks
• Promote procurement standardization and digitalization
• Implement sustainability and ESG requirements within the supply base
