As a Campus Security Manager, you will oversee security operations across multiple datacenters, ensuring a safe environment while leading a dedicated team. This role involves managing personnel, enhancing security strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain high performance and safety standards.

Anforderungen

• •Legal age of 18 years
• •No criminal record
• •Work permit for Austria
• •Excellent written and spoken English skills and very good German skills
• •Drivers licence B
• •High school diploma or secondary education equivalent
• •MS Office skills
• •Working knowledge with security technologies
• •Willingness to travel abroad
• •Experience in a datacenter environment is a plus

Aufgaben

• •Manage physical security operations at multiple facilities
• •Supervise recruitment, onboarding, and training of security personnel
• •Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for successful audits
• •Plan and manage security projects for timely completion
• •Evaluate site security operations and recommend improvements
• •Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
• •Conduct regular meetings with clients and corporate management for account reviews
• •Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• •Ensure site health and key performance indicators are met or exceeded
• •Collaborate with the regional security manager to enhance team effectiveness
• •Promote a culture of dignity and respect among staff members
• •Drive safety programming to achieve zero workplace injuries
• •Split time equally between sites to foster familiarity and team leadership
