Anforderungen

  • 10-15 years relevant experience in strategic sales, key account management, or healthcare business development
  • Proven success in C-level relationship building and complex contract negotiation management
  • Project management experience from concept to execution
  • Strong change management and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical mindset with creative approach to solutions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to hold crucial conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Ability to thrive in matrix organization
  • High willingness to travel

  • Develop and lead strategic partnerships with key accounts.
  • Design tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate at C-level.
  • Drive innovations for patient and healthcare systems.
  • Design the future of the Swiss business.
  • Develop and implement account strategies.
  • Set goals, plan actions, and track performance.
  • Build and maintain strong C-level networks.
  • Manage account planning and mapping processes.
  • Define shared performance goals, financial targets, and milestones.
  • Lead contract and pricing negotiations, including value-added services.
  • Participate and lead the Swiss country leadership team.
  • Create strategic plans to drive and advance Swiss business.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration among business units.
  • Coordinate and influence Marketing, Health Economics, Clinical, and Service teams.
  • Analyze market and reimbursement trends.
  • Derive strategic actions from trends.
  • Adapt national strategy accordingly.
  • Position and sell the ADVANTICS™ portfolio (Services & Solutions).
  • Execute projects improving healthcare efficiency and patient care.
