Anforderungen

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Strong understanding of asset management value chain
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Know-how of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Ability to constructively challenge status quo
  • Diplomacy, flexibility, and proactivity
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in project management, transformation, or consulting roles preferred
  • Prior experience in delivering AI initiatives preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI is a plus

  • Ensure cross-DTO alignment and collaboration
  • Orchestrate strategic planning cycles
  • Facilitate leadership engagements
  • Prepare high-impact executive materials
  • Create strategic messaging and change narratives
  • Facilitate governance forums
  • Set agendas for leadership meetings
  • Prepare briefing materials
  • Follow up on leadership meetings
  • Ensure effective decision-making
  • Coordinate global DTO teams
  • Partner with key stakeholders
  • Oversee financial planning
  • Manage cost activities
  • Ensure financial transparency
  • Support performance management
  • Develop KPIs
  • Track accountability mechanisms
  • Contribute to people and culture initiatives
  • Analyze and plan actions
  • Implement follow-up measures
