- Ability to structure, prioritize, and translate business requirements into reliable implementation
- Project and program management skills, ideally in international and matrix organizations
- Stakeholder management skills
- Ability to structure complexity and create transparency across multiple workstreams and countries
- Communication skills with ability to address different stakeholder groups appropriately
- Data and reporting affinity
- Hands-on mentality and pragmatic execution focus
- Ownership and reliability
- Business and commercial mindset
Aufgaben
- Own and develop the international Gift Card business (B2B & B2C)
- Drive Gift Card business development and scaling across countries
- Steer international go-to-market development
- Collaborate with markets, sales, online shops, and partners
- Act as first point of contact for country requirements and incidents
- Coordinate and resolve country requirements and incidents
- Translate business and country needs into backlog/Kanban priorities
- Follow priorities through to go-live
- Own reporting and performance transparency
- Define KPI logic for Gift Card business
- Enable Gift Card rollouts in countries
- Support setting up scalable operating models in countries
- Coordinate local structures in countries
- Collaborate with central functions (Treasury, Accounting/GBS)
- Work with external providers for smooth implementations
- Identify growth opportunities for Gift Card business
- Continuously improve the international Gift Card business
