Anforderungen
- Communication talent and positive personality
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a demanding, fast-paced, communication-heavy environment
- First experience in sales and/or business development
- Experience with direct customer contact at executive or C-level
- Degree or training in a business or technology-related field or comparable background
- Experience in the legal market (advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking
- Enjoyment of working with people
- Initiative, assertiveness, teamwork, and high comprehension
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving thinking
- Excellent German and English skills in writing and speaking
- Professionalism, authenticity, strong argumentation, and quick-wittedness
Aufgaben
- Identify new business opportunities through outbound activities
- Engage potential customers via emails, phone calls, and social selling
- Convert leads from campaigns into sales opportunities
- Optimize outbound strategies to meet customer needs
- Develop understanding of the ideal customer profile and value proposition
- Collaborate with high-level decision-makers in the target market
- Ensure high data quality in the CRM system
- Work cross-departmentally within the Go-To-Market team
- Optimize processes from acquisition to lead qualification
- Gain experience and develop skills through collaboration with the Field Sales team
