- Understanding of typical ERP purchasing processes with multiple stakeholders
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Structured work style and high data quality in CRM
- Performance-oriented with goal and metric management
Aufgaben
- Process new leads from inbound, partners, and outbound sources
- Prioritize leads based on clear criteria
- Ensure quick response times to inquiries
- Identify target companies and key contacts
- Build outreach lists for potential clients
- Implement multi-channel outreach sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Conduct structured initial conversations to clarify processes and system landscapes
- Assess needs, timing, urgency, and stakeholders
- Schedule qualified appointments for Account Executives
- Utilize HubSpot for tracking and managing leads
- Maintain source and status documentation
- Document activities and next steps clearly
- Provide seamless handoff to the sales team
- Enhance messaging and approach based on data analysis
- Deliver market and competitive feedback to sales, marketing, and partner teams
