Business Development Representative(m/w/x)
Proactive outreach and lead qualification for an AI platform enhancing customer and employee experiences. 1-3 years sales or customer-facing experience, with comfort for outbound calls, required. Independent work with CRM and sales engagement tools.
Anforderungen
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with making outbound calls and engaging with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Results-driven mindset with resilience and persistence
- Basic experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
- Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude
- Native German, multilingual skills are a plus
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology sales
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g. Salesloft, Salesforce, 6Sense, Lusha)
- Experience working with inbound and outbound lead generation
- Knowledge of pipeline management and sales qualification frameworks
- Account segments: Enterprise / SMB
- Localize it for Central EMEA
- Align it closely to Genesys language and tone
Aufgaben
- Identify and research potential customers using various tools
- Proactively reach out to prospects via email, phone, and social media
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales engagement tools
- Execute sales cadences and follow-up activities consistently
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to enhance messaging and targeting
- Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and qualification targets
- Continuously learn about products, market trends, and customer needs
