Business Development Manager(m/w/x)
Building dealer relationships and expanding market presence for sound-insulated phone booths in UK/Ireland. 2+ years B2B sales experience in the region required. Autonomy and responsibility with short decision-making paths.
Anforderungen
- At least 2 years B2B sales experience in UK/Ireland
- Partnership, key account, or B2B sales experience, ideally in office furniture or manufacturer side
- Structured and reliable working, strong communication skills
- Hands-on approach and enjoyment of getting things done
- Solution-focused mindset and high personal responsibility
- Confidence using CRM systems like Odoo or similar
- Process mindset and continuous improvement orientation
- Willingness to travel within UK (approx. 20%)
- Experience organizing events, trade fairs, or customer-facing activities
- Fluent or native-level English; German is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Act as the central interface between Berlin Acoustics and retail partners
- Build strong, long-term relationships with dealers
- Expand market presence in the UK and Ireland
- Conduct consistent sales activity
- Participate in trade fairs
- Organize your own events
- Conduct regular partner visits
- Execute the UK and Ireland partner strategy
- Develop new sales channels and partnerships
- Grow the partner network
- Meet and grow revenue targets
- Support partners with pricing and offers
- Support partners with deal structures
- Maintain regular communication with partners
- Conduct check-ins with partners
- Follow up on quotes and projects
- Deliver commercial initiatives
- Deliver marketing initiatives
- Provide product training to partners
- Implement in-store campaigns
- Organize participation in key UK furniture fairs
- Ensure effective use of the London showroom
- Host partner meetings in the London showroom
- Host events in the London showroom
- Host customer visits in the London showroom
- Collect and share market feedback internally
- Keep Odoo systems up-to-date
- Support retailers with claims
- Support retailers with after-sales issues
- Act as the main contact between partners and Operations
- Maintain a strong relationship with the external UK sales agent
