- •C2-level proficiency in German and fluency in English
- •Currently based in Germany
- •Hands-on experience in hotel industry and hotel technology
- •Degree in business or hospitality, or practical experience
- •Enthusiasm, drive, and eagerness to learn
- •Exceptional communication skills
- •Target-driven and results-oriented
- •Swiss German and French language skills are a big plus

- •Track performance using the CRM for customer success
- •Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency
- •Contribute ideas and creativity to shape the company's future
