- Assess the global 3rd-party ecosystem in Ultrasound
- Map software, AI, workflow, and clinical partners
- Structure and maintain a 3rd-party ecosystem database
- Track solution maturity and strategic relevance
- Develop an assessment framework for Voluson priority areas
- Manage partnership processes defined by Kaizen workouts
- Track milestones from discovery through contracting
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, and documentation
- Shadow 3rd-party partner calls and discussions
- Capture and distribute meeting minutes and decisions
- Track actions and follow up with stakeholders
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and partners
- Enable cross-functional execution of partnership strategies
