Creating pitch materials and visual elements for a leading European law firm. Several years of comparable experience in professional services preferred. Flexible working hours, hybrid work model.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, law, communications, economics, marketing, or related field
- Strong interest in business development, market trends, and geopolitical developments
- Ability to translate business insights into client targeting and pitch strategies
- Several years of experience in a comparable position
- Experience in professional services sector preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication in German
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) desirable
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail

Aufgaben
- Assist in creating initial pitch drafts
- Revise existing templates with attorneys and CCBD colleagues
- Create high-quality visual elements
- Ensure quality of pitch materials
- Develop supplementary business development materials
- Monitor timelines and manage pitch processes
- Maintain and update pitch databases
- Coordinate proofreading and ensure brand compliance
- Deliver precise, high-quality results
- Build and maintain relationships with practice groups
- Engage with external stakeholders
