- Maintain an accurate and current partnership overview
- Maintain an accurate and current start-up overview
- Drive the establishment of an internal startup community of practice
- Develop communication strategies aligned with the Business Development Manager
- Follow relevant startup ecosystems
- Report on relevant startup ecosystems
- Follow new players in startup ecosystems
- Report on new players in startup ecosystems
- Follow competitive activities
- Report on competitive activities
- Support Givaudan’s digitalization journey
- Ensure effective use of key tools and processes
- Ensure continuous improvement of key tools and processes
- Drive adoption of digital initiatives
- Drive optimization of digital initiatives
- Ensure effective implementation of digital initiatives
- Ensure reporting on digital initiatives
- Ensure data-driven improvements for digital initiatives
- Report on digital adoption in line with European needs
- Report on digital adoption in line with European requirements
- Lead organization of regional governance processes
- Liaise with global governance processes
- Support development of customer-facing sustainability tools
- Support testing of customer-facing sustainability tools
- Be an ATLAS PowerUser for the Regional Innovation Team
