- Identify efficiency gains and cost optimization opportunities
- Provide financial support for logistics investment projects
- Develop business cases and manage project controlling
- Monitor and challenge operational spending
- Ensure alignment with strategic and budgetary goals
- Maintain and develop the Logistics Scorecard
- Translate performance data into meaningful insights
- Support stock and payment term evaluations
- Contribute to working capital optimization
