University degree in Business Administration with focus on Strategy, Innovation or Management Control or similar education

Strong critical thinking abilities to draw sound conclusions from information and data sources

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation purposes
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact directly with senior executives
