- Degree in business administration with a focus on finance, economics, or comparable qualification
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis
- CPA, CFA, ACCA, or FRM qualifications are an advantage
- Extensive knowledge of Excel and experience of SAP
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, process improvement, and planning & organizational talent
- Financial and legal knowledge and business process management skills
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Korean
Aufgaben
- Provide analytical forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate with finance teams across EU and CIS subsidiaries
- Define financial health and recommend actions
- Analyze performance and benchmarks
- Build a financial database by identifying information sources
- Ensure compliance with company regulations and requirements
- Support global internal control (SOX)
- Assess company operations to identify risks
- Prepare analysis reports based on monthly data
- Report forecasts and variances
- Determine KPIs and develop financial plans
- Suggest process optimizations for cost and work efficiency
