Anforderungen
- Experience as Brand, Marketing, or Sales professional, ideally from FMCG companies or successful brands
- Track record of driving brand love, growth, and health with focus on commercial metrics
- Experience operating and developing broad networks with collaborators
- Understanding of media channels, metric setting, hypothesis testing, and test & learn culture
- Leadership mentality; envisioning, engaging, and enabling teams
- Ability to be an impactful member of a leadership team
- Self-motivated, driven for results, fun, can-do mentality
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in German is a significant advantage
Aufgaben
- Inspire children, families, and adults with engaging products
- Lead the Brand Management team's growth and development
- Shape a high-performance, cross-functional culture in the EUC organization
- Manage HR core processes (People Dialogue, Performance Rating, Bonus)
- Develop and lead self-organizing teams for EUC go-to-market strategies
- Create and execute local marketing, communication, and execution plans
- Drive digital, experiential, and data-driven marketing innovation
- Ensure efficient and effective local marketing plan execution
- Secure strong media, social media, and event plans
- Collaborate with the marketing team on regional go-to-market strategies
- Foster strong internal relationships with regional teams
- Develop and use the LEGO Ecosystem and OESP approach
- Maintain full P&L accountability for audiences, brands, and launches
- Drive LEGO market share performance and short-term planning
- Oversee audience marketing budget management
- Represent business performance in weekly and monthly meetings
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations for business-critical decisions
- Ensure team focus on EUC business strategy and objectives
- Contribute to decision forums with a marketing and audience perspective
- Bring LEGO stories and experiences to life in EUC (Austria, Germany, Switzerland)
- Capture and integrate consumer, shopper, and market insights
- Develop engaging and innovative marketing campaigns and activations
- Collaborate with regional and global teams on campaign and product development
- Work with sales, operations, and agency partners for market success
