Aufgaben
- Lead the development of ISR elements for bogies
- Conduct logistic support analysis (LSA) engineering
- Create maintenance documentation and training materials
- Develop special tools and test benches
- Manage spare parts across tender and project phases
- Define and implement the Bogie ISR Management Plan
- Ensure execution aligns with quality, cost, and delivery targets
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with engineering and maintenance teams
- Design effective ISR solutions in collaboration with other teams
- Ensure compliance with standards and best practices
- Promote standardized ISR practices aligned with international standards
- Leverage project data to improve quality and cost-efficiency
- Drive lessons learned by compiling REX reports after ISR work packages
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and best practice sharing
- Create and maintain dashboards to monitor ISR work package performance
