Aufgaben
- Develop and implement safety processes aligned with site and global safety strategies
- Promote a proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as Owner for LOTOTO planning and scope definition for assigned activities
- Support consistent application of LOTOTO and key Permit-to-Work processes
- Provide coaching and guidance for safe execution of permitted work
- Lead safety-related aspects within multidisciplinary project teams
- Serve as production safety expert for capital investment projects
- Contribute to risk assessments and support safe troubleshooting
- Implement GMP documentation and regulatory requirements for assets and products
- Ensure compliance with Swiss regulations, Lonza policies, and site standards
- Support incident investigations and follow-up actions using structured problem-solving
- Identify trends and improvement opportunities to enhance operational safety
