- Technical skills in chromatographic purification of proteins or microbial fermentation
- Teamwork, responsibility, and quality awareness
- Willingness to work in shifts primarily in a two-shift system
- Good German and English skills
- Valid residence and work permit
Aufgaben
- Work in cleanrooms of classes C and B
- Perform chromatographic purification of proteins and pDNA
- Fill active ingredients into containers
- Conduct aseptic work under laminar flow hoods
- Execute in-process controls, including pH and conductivity measurements, absorption measurements, and endotoxin determination
- Prepare for and follow up on production campaigns
- Assist in the qualification and calibration of equipment
- Create and document GMP-compliant records
