- Develop reporting capabilities to meet business needs
- Prepare Business Plan Review packages
- Coordinate HQ and Regional Controlling partners
- Perform variance analysis of forecasts and actuals
- Provide financial insights and transparent assumptions
- Review master data changes in working files
- Perform planning checks for data accuracy
- Prepare executive presentations for global performance reviews
- Prepare complex financial data and commentary
- Present financial insights for management decisions
- Perform month and year-end closings
- Master Red Bull processes and systems
- Maintain global reporting tools
- Improve global reporting tools continuously
- Ensure consistent reporting logics and data structures
- Improve financial reporting processes for efficiency
- Support development of digital reporting solutions
- Support development of data visualization tools
- Contribute to global controlling systems evolution
- Act as key contact for finance teams
- Guide Regional Controllers on reporting standards
- Support Regional Controllers on methodologies
- Facilitate knowledge transfer of tools and logics
- Support training initiatives in finance
