- Build and operate reliable services on AWS
- Use Terraform for infrastructure-as-code
- Take ownership of features from implementation to production
- Monitor and iteratively improve services
- Participate in agile team activities
- Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions
- Promote continuous improvement
