Anforderungen
- 3+ years of working experience in business development and account management in B2B furniture, home and living, or design industry
- Established network within the French and/or Belgian design community
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality
- Ability to structure and manage complex, cross-functional projects
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English; additional languages are an advantage
Aufgaben
- Build and grow B2B customer relationships with architects, interior designers, and project developers
- Position products as the preferred choice for client and project work
- Develop and expand existing accounts in France and Belgium to meet sales targets
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to project close
- Utilize data and AI tools to identify opportunities and optimize pipeline management
- Support the development of large-scale B2B projects and establish internal processes
- Implement retention and upselling initiatives while monitoring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with senior leadership on key presentations
- Represent the company at professional events, conferences, and trade fairs
