- Strong mechanical foundation
- Programming experience (ideally Python)
- Willingness to travel up to 15%
Aufgaben
- Lead system planning, installation, and commissioning
- Program and validate equipment
- Provide 1st-line technical support
- Deliver customer training and troubleshooting
- Participate in 24/7 support rotation
- Act as on-site technical lead for deployments
- Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
- Participate in Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
- Identify process enhancements
- Contribute to internal SOPs and documentation
- Provide field insights to Product and Engineering teams
