Anforderungen
- University degree in IT, business informatics, or comparable
- Initial experience in information security management, ideally within financial industry or comparable regulated environment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, flexible in applying approaches (e.g., agile)
- Experience in DAM, EDR, WAF, DLP, Data Security, or similar domains (plus)
- Basic understanding of IT/security processes, curious, willing to grow
- Ability to prepare clear, well-structured documentation, reports, and presentations
- Strong analytical thinking, reliability, and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team coordination
- Experience with ITIL, project coordination, or security certifications (advantage)
- Proficiency in English; German is a plus
- Highly motivated, flexible team player with proactive mindset
Aufgaben
- Support delivery and coordination of security services
- Manage operational tasks and track progress
- Coordinate stakeholder interactions
- Prepare documentation and reporting
- Track tasks, initiatives, and dependencies
- Maintain onboarding tracking and KPIs
- Support demand intake and service book of work
- Coordinate operational interactions with technical and business teams
- Prepare meeting materials and follow-ups
- Draft and maintain service documentation
- Prepare internal reporting packages and dashboards
- Ensure documentation is audit-ready
- Monitor service performance indicators
- Support continuous improvement activities
- Contribute to onboarding planning and execution
- Support audit and regulatory activities
- Coordinate with service and infrastructure teams
- Support escalation coordination
- Handle vendor administrative tasks
- Act as delegate for Lead/Senior SDM
- Ensure operational coverage during Lead SDM's absence
