- Proactive attitude in managing stakeholder satisfaction

- Interpersonal skills and abilities
- Team-oriented with strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in German and Business English
- PMP certification or other project management certifications
- 2-5 years of proven project management experience
- Project management experience with SAP software
- Experience managing and aligning with various levels within a customer organization
Aufgaben
- Build credibility and trust with customers during the deal phase
- Assist sales teams in closing software or services deals
- Coordinate implementation planning and estimating with multiple SAP Lines of Businesses and partners
- Set up and lead all phases of the project lifecycle
- Manage project planning, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, training, and closure
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders, partners, and SAP management to ensure successful project completion
- Manage overall services relationship and steering committee during implementations
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction
- Develop solid project plans with milestones and clear deliverables
- Handle risks, issues, and objections effectively
- Travel within Switzerland and internationally as needed
- Create long-term value roadmaps and plans with customers
- Analyze and execute strategic projects while building consensus among stakeholders
- Ensure alignment of project tactics with corporate strategy
- Communicate project goals at a strategic level and identify new business opportunities
